Coming to our office at 830 Monmouth Street, Suite 305, Newport, KY 41071? Choose that below and skip the address. For a visit to you, travel is free within 15 miles of Burlington, KY. Beyond that, a $2.00 per mile travel fee applies, and we’ll confirm it with you before your appointment.

When would you like to come?
Botox generally starts working in 3–5 days and settles at 10–14. Knowing your date lets your provider plan around it.

Before you send
You will not be charged through this website. Payment is collected at the time of your appointment, once your service is complete. We accept cash and most major cards; card payments carry a processing fee of 3.3% + 15¢.

Card on file

We hold a card against the 24-hour cancellation policy. It is not charged now — it is only ever used if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show. You pay for your treatment at the appointment, as normal.

Your card details go straight to Square and never touch this website.
